Dr. Allan Nelson

Allan Nelson, MD

Dr. Nelson graduated from Alma College in Alma, Michigan in 1971 and earned his MD from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1975. After completing his residency in Family Practice at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, Michigan, he served in the United States Air Force at Minot AFB, North Dakota. He has twice been Chief of Staff at Memorial Medical Center in Ludington and has served for more than 20 years on the hospital's board of trustees. He is board certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians and is a member of the Michigan Academy of Family Practice and the American Academy of Family Practice and the Michigan State Medical Society.

Rebecca Miller, MD

Rebecca Miller, MD

Dr. Miller graduated from Notre Dame in 1991 and earned her MD from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in 1997. She completed her training in Family Practice at University of Vermont Family Practice Residency Program in Burlington, Vermont. Following residency, she worked in Oregon for eight years before returning home to the Midwest. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of both the Michigan Academy of Family Practice and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Bethany Hartrum, NP

Renita Diehlman, FNP-BC, CDE

Renita Diehlman graduated from Michigan State College of Nursing with a Master's degree in Nursing. She completed her undergraduate studies at Muskegon Community College and Grand Valley State University. She has been board certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2001. Renita has had a broad array of nursing experience including: call center, hospice, quality and utilization management, education, and weight loss management. Renita is also board certified by the National Certification Board of Diabetes Educators and has nine years of diabetes experience in several settings including a certified diabetes education program, primary care clinic, and inpatient hospital. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society, American Association of Diabetes Educators, and the Michigan Organization of Diabetes Educators.
